Bush BBQ's Bullseye spiced chickpeas are actually at their best when eaten on the day.  I love them when they're just still a little warm, simply delicious.  They can loose their crunch over time, especially if you havn't cooked them to the crunch level!   Sooooo, that's why I say keep an eye on them when cooking and get it right.  If there is some left over store in an air tight container, I'd tend to wrap them first in some backing paper, then into the container.  You can heat a little to get them back to a certain level of crunch when next enjoyed.
