250 Dark Chocolate, please use quality dark chocolate, it makes a difference!
3 Eggs
250 Caster Sugar
1 Sandalwood Nuts (roasted and chopped)
1 Plain Flour
pinch of salt

Melt Butter and Chocolate, then let cool

whisk eggs & sugar together until creamy

Stir in butter and chocolate

Add Sandalwood Nuts and mix together

Put into a 20cm square cake pan Cook for approx 20-25 minutes in oven 180C Take out when you see crunchy crust formed on top of Brownie Leave to cool slightly
