What do you do with left-over sausages from yesterday's BBQ.  This quick and easy recipe turns your BBQ delights into next nights outstanding dinner.

 1 kg cooked sausages
 1 brown onion
2 tbsp olive oil, or oil of your choice
1 tbsp Outback Bush Curry, you might want to add a bit more.....its a taste thing!
 2 tbsp Natural yoghurt
1 cup approx of stock or water, you might need a little extra according to the sausages you use and quantities
Optional Extras
 Pumpkin or sweet potato
 Carrots
 Cauliflower
 Peas
 Spinach
 Potatoes

1Get the left-over sausages from the previous days BBQ. They can be any variety of sausages.

 2Finely chop one brown onion
3Lightly fry in a pan until they're transparent, very slightly browned.  Take the sausages and chop them into chunks
4Fry together in a pan and add approx 1 tablespoon of Outback Bush Curry

5Add approx 1 cup of water or stock of your choice to loosen the mix. Cook together to ensure that the curry has been cooked into the sausages and onions.  The mix will thicken.
6Now add some cooked vegetables, if using, but this is a casual dish, so add whatever you want.  Just don't overwhelm the sausages and onions.
7I like to add some natural yoghurt, it gives a really creamy (without over-doing it) flavour and texture.
8Put into serving dish and serve with rice
9Optional extras could be some finely chopped chilli as this curry isnt a hot one.  Some greens and coriander.
