What do you do with left-over sausages from yesterday's BBQ. This quick and easy recipe turns your BBQ delights into next nights outstanding dinner.

Get the left-over sausages from the previous days BBQ. They can be any variety of sausages.

Finely chop one brown onion
Lightly fry in a pan until they're transparent, very slightly browned. Take the sausages and chop them into chunks
Fry together in a pan and add approx 1 tablespoon of Outback Bush Curry

Add approx 1 cup of water or stock of your choice to loosen the mix. Cook together to ensure that the curry has been cooked into the sausages and onions. The mix will thicken.
Now add some cooked vegetables, if using, but this is a casual dish, so add whatever you want. Just don't overwhelm the sausages and onions.
I like to add some natural yoghurt, it gives a really creamy (without over-doing it) flavour and texture.
Put into serving dish and serve with rice
Optional extras could be some finely chopped chilli as this curry isnt a hot one. Some greens and coriander.
