A great snack or something for the lunch box. Recipe by Heather Salter from Treetops Guesthouse in Western Australia

1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup Muesli
1/2 cup dried Mango, diced
1/2 cup chopped Macadamia nuts
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Wattleseed
150g melted butter

Heat oven to 160C

Place all the dry ingredients together into a large bowl and mix well

Melt butter and honey together

Make a well in the centre of the dry mixture and add the butter and honey and mix together

Pour into a greased lamington tray

Bake in mod oven until golden

While still warm gently cut into slices with a sharp knife and leave in tray to cool
