Time to treat yourself with this delicious take on a traditional Affogato

2 tsp Roasted and finely milled Wattleseed
¼ cup Almond milk. Any milk will do, I find the flavour of the almond milk just works!
1 tsp Honey or sweeten to taste

Mix wattleseed with a little hot water to extract the flavour

Stir in some honey, add a little hot almond milk

Pour into a glass.
Add a dollop of vanilla ice-cream to make the perfect Affogatto, but without the coffee!
