It really doesn’t matter what time of day you eat this, you can enjoy for breakfast, but the middle of the day for a snack or even as a desert after dinner, it works.

2 Cups Rolled Oats
1/3 cup Pepitas
1/3 cup Sunflower Kernals
1/2 cup chopped Macadamia Nuts
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Myrtle
1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
1 grated Apple (I use a Granny Smith)
add some honey or sweetener to taste
Serve with Natural Yoghurt

Mix together, leave an hour or overnight for flavours to develop

Add some grated green ginger, cinnamon or nutmeg

Substitute the orange juice for apple or pineapple juice

If you have a cup of stewed quandongs you can add those, 1/2 cup of muntries would also be amazing, Let you imagination run free.......

I’ve really gotta get some more quandongs from you, I love it, love it, love it. I make it as a dessert and serve with vanilla yoghurt, my kids are eating healthy food they enjoy.
