Lamb Koftas with Australian wild herbs

This is a quick and easy recipe, great cooked on the BBQ or a delicious meal for dinner.

Lamb Koftas are quick and easy, flavoured with Australian herbs and spices, tastes amazing

 500 g Lamb Mince
 1 Spring onion, finely chopped
 1 tsp Ground cumin
 1 tsp Ground coriander
 1 tsp Freshly grated ginger
 Ground Pepperberry to taste
 ½ tsp Old Man Saltbush
 Skewars or wooden stick to put the koftas on

Mix all the spices together and grind with a motar and pestle or grinder of your choice

Add spice mixture to lamb mince and mix together

Divide into portions and form over a skewer or stick

They cook really well on the BBQ, the smell is sensational or on a non-stick frying pan, a little spray of oil might be needed

Serve Koftas with natural yoghurt, a little fresh mint can be added if you want.

Make a little extra spice and use to sprinkle over the koftas if you want a little extra flavour, or save for another day.
