A healthy option on the famous Waldorf Salad, loved by so many.

Into a serving dish place the salad leaves on the bottom, add the celery and apple
Sprinkle over the sultanas, grapes or cranberries...this is optional
Add the fetta cheese, again it's option, but I really think a good fetta just adds that extra element that really works!
Mix the Wild Lime Olive Oil thru the salad
Top with a sprinkling of the walnuts
You can also add some roast chicken slices, expecially if it's going to be a meal
