Australian’s have got very used to enjoying a vast array of flavours thanks to our multi cultural heritage. The Scorcher is a really favourite amongst so many who really enjoy the spicy flavours, with a nice chilli hit. This spice rub is made in Australia from at least 83% Australian ingredients including Australian Pepperberries. If you love a little heat then this is for you. Rub the spice powder into your meat of choice. Leave to marinate for approx 2 hours, then onto the BBQ.
