Description

Muntries Kunzea pomifera taste like a sweet, spice apple.    They are an Australian native berry and were the first introduced native botanical to England!

They are very healthy and more than 2 1/2 time more antioxidants than blueberries.

Muntries are a good source of vitamin C. They contain calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, sodium and fibre.

Muntries can be used in a variety of ways from fresh salads, jams and chutneys, baked goods and deserts.  As they are sweet they don’t need any syrups or sauces, so you can use fresh.  These freeze dried muntries can be easily hydrated by putting in warm water for a short time.  Otherwise just add to the baked goods or salads etc and the freeze dried muntries will collect any juices on offer!
