Chai Tea is a blend of aromatic ingredients
So, in short, chai tea is a blend of black tea, aromatic spices, milk of choice, plus honey as a sweetener. It can be enjoyed both hot and chilled. The word “chai” is “tea” in Hindi. When we often say chai tea, we’re actually saying “tea tea” hmmmm…work that one out!
