½ cup dried quandongs
½ cup Fresh muntries, freeze dried can also be used
2 cups Apple juice
1 cup Couscous
¾ cup Mixed nuts (optional)

Put quandongs and apple juice in saucepan, heat and hen simmer for about 15 minutes, leave to stand overnight in refridgerator. The quandongs will swell to double their size.

Make up the couscous with left over juice from the quandongs to one cup by adding water. Couscous will swell and become soft.

Add the quandongs and other ingredients, mix together.
Serve with natural yoghurt.
